She has presented to a White House Presidential Commission on Hispanic American Affairs. She has delivered numerous workshops and presentations to corporations such as General Electric, General Motors, Royal Bank, and Scotia Bank International, where her work has deep relevance for businesses with an interest in helping employees grow, develop, and liberate their creativity and innovation. Sandra has also presented her work to the Governments of Spain, Norway, Australia, Grenada, and Trinidad & Tobago at the invitation of their Prime Ministers or senior leaders.

Sandra has worked with Ministries of Education to incorporate her work in the areas of school and community partnerships, team building, school culture, curriculum, and assessment.
